Car History
Supplied to Belgian Motor Co (possibly on loan only); works prepared for 1955 Le Mans, Claes/Swaters (race number 10), 3rd; returned to works for testing; shipped back to Belgium; sold to Ernest Erickson (Chicago, USA); September inaugural Road America meeting, Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, 3rd; March 1956, Walterboro, 5th; June, Lawrenceville, 1st Class C Modified; July, Beverly, 4th; sold to Alfonso Gomez Mena; 1957 Havana GP, 6th; Sebring, ret'd; car then disappeared and further history appears to be unknown; it is possible that car may have acquired identity of XKD 521, also owned by Mena.

The last time I can find this car is in the North of the US in September 1958. It was still in Gomez Mena trim.
